I created this wedge in CATIA to improve the ergonomics of the Kensington Expert trackball. You can flip it to switch between left and right hand use. After some initial trial and error with a cardboard design, I settled on the angles and elevations. The perfect elevations may be different for you, so I've also included the .CATPart file that allows you to make those adjustments yourself.
