The Kensington Apartment Tower, a residential skyscraper located in downtown Hamilton, Ontario, was created using SketchUp 13 and then seamlessly converted into all other formats. Native files are saved in .skp, while 3ds Max scenes utilize 2016 version with Vray 3.00 rendering. The tower connects the Crowne Plaza Hotel and Effort Trust Office Tower, and it houses the William Morris Law Offices, which has its own entrance on the ground floor. Currently owned by Effort Trust, this magnificent building stands at an impressive 50.56 meters tall and features 16 distinct floors.
