Kenny McCormick is a fourth-grader from the show South Park. He's a poor kid who wears a bright orange parka to keep warm because he can't afford a decent coat. Despite his poverty, Kenny remains cheerful and optimistic, often making jokes and teasing his classmates. His voice is muffled due to the parka hood, which has become one of his defining characteristics.
