Kennedy 50 Cent Coin, NextEngine Scan

This is a high-resolution scan of a U.S. Kennedy half dollar done with a NextEngine scanner to showcase its capabilities. I've encountered issues with the built-in software that fuses and simplifies files, resulting in scrambled data, so I imported them into Meshlab for finishing and waterproofing. Two files are included: The raw scan from NextEngine, and one that underwent Poisson surface reconstruction and decimation to around 150,000 faces. The relief pattern is visible at an angle, allowing the year to be read, but it's uncertain whether this will yield a good print quality. I'm sharing these files in case anyone wants to experiment with them and achieve better post-processing resolution. I've also posted a liberty dollar here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1631346.
