Kenmore UltraWash II TPU Mushroom Gasket
thingiverse
I found myself in need of a new rubber gasket that fills with water and inflates into a nozzle during the wash cycle as the old one was split and no water was hitting the upper spinner. Came up with this nifty nozzle to replace the old mushroom nozzle, as a replacement was $50 online today in 02/2022. To remove the old rubber from the threaded bushing: remove gasket assembly from bottom spinner by turning counterclockwise. There is a plastic ring around the base of the rubber boot. Use a small screwdriver or pocket knife to pry it up until it's worked free. Remove and discard rubber boot. PRINT WITH LOW INFILL (10-20%) for a flexible fit or if your TPU is stiff. You may need to make a cut about 8mm into the collar to get the print to fit over the threaded bushing. I added the outer groove to allow for 3-5mm zip ties to be used to keep the mushroom in place.
