Kenmore microwave model number 363.62709200 has a broken handle that needed replacement. The new handle is significantly more solid, being one piece, and only requires two original screws to secure it to the door. Before starting the repair, remove the old handle carefully by prying off the inner outside trim piece. Once this is fully removed, you'll see the two screws holding the inner handle portion in place. The outer handle screws are slightly more challenging to access, but with patience and attention to detail, you should be able to locate them. In some cases, the outer handle portion may snap off due to its attachment to the plastic door; however, this can be remedied by gently pulling it through the plastic, taking care not to cause further damage.
