KELTEC KSG Shotgun Immobilizer aka Chamber Flag With Picatinny Clamp

thingiverse

I designed these chamber flag and immobilizer combos for my KelTec KSG shotgun. The little Picatinny clamps hold the slide firm but are not necessary. I added them as a bonus idea for someone else who might find it useful. These should be helpful! By the way, I adjusted the elbow slightly further away from the gun because that tiny change makes a huge difference when putting the device on and off. You can easily adjust this even inside Ultimaker Cura by tweaking the x or y axis to make it narrower while keeping the original length. These are free to download and modify as you like, just give me credit for the base design. Tips are much appreciated! Here are my print settings: I used PETG for flexibility, 240º printing temp, 245º initial layer printing temp, 71º bed temp, and 74º initial layer bed temp. The nozzle size is .4mm, with a first layer height of .6 to avoid clumping at no fan and a 5º hotter bed to start. Then the fan kicks in at 100% with an infill ZigZag at 20% [50,140], print speed 40mm/s, outer layer/top print speed 25mm/s, and initial layer print speed 15mm/s for better bed adhesion without skirt/brim/base. If you have any questions, let me know! Enjoy printing these combos!
