Kelant Orbeat D100 D200 / Plate holder Upgrade By Onasiis v3.1
thingiverse
This is a simple upgrade for the printing plate holder. More stable and strong. This idea was created to improve the stability and strength of the printing platform. The problem with the original screw from the factory was that it flexed undesirably when the printer raised the Z axis, causing objects to stick to the VAT. After testing this improvement, I can confidently say that some previously failed prints are now completed without any issues. I hope you find this helpful! To create the new platform holder, you will need: 4 x Screws, 20mm long and 4mm in diameter (actual measurement: 3.87mm) These screws should have a round or Allen head for optimal performance 4 x Screws, 15mm long and 4mm in diameter 4 x Nuts, 4mm in size 4 x Washers, 4mm in size 1 x Nut, 10mm in size Please refer to the pictures to identify the materials needed. Important notes: 1. Printing the piece with the large hole facing upwards will enhance its strength. 2. You must work with four of the platform's holes and thread the screws into them. 3. Printing the pieces at 100% infill is highly recommended, as it will significantly improve their quality.
