"Kej Nahual"
thingiverse
The "Queh", also known as the 'Kej', is one of the distinctive symbols in the Mayan calendar system, with a unique meaning centered around the image of a deer. Clear instructions for printing this object are available. Note that it will produce clear results even when printed at lower resolutions. Special care should be taken to carefully remove the raft from the thinnest parts. It is recommended to utilize supports during the process of building the hooks for earrings and pendant hardware. A redesign of those components is underway, aimed at making the object print successfully without any supports being required. A two-dimensional image underwent processing in Inksace, with steps involving trace bitmap removal of the background, followed by conversion into an .SVG file format. Subsequently, the object was extruded and finalized using Tinkercad design software. The creation of this item is made possible with the help of a 5th Generation MakeBot Replicator machine.
