This was modelled from a 1996 Subaru Sambar gate latch silencer, my truck only came with one, so I mic'd it up, made some minor changes for printability and printed a few of them in water washable resin, they worked even in a rigid resin however they would be too brittle to last, I reprinted them in Resione flexible resin, I have no long term testing but they seem to work well so far. I printed on a masked SLA printer but I don't see why they couldnt be printed on an FDM with TPU or something similar.
