Kegerator Beer Drip Tray

This is my design concept for a beer tray for kegerators and other uses. Its external dimensions measure 150 x 85 mm, with an overall height of 25mm. I created this model using ABS plastic and treated it in an Acetone Vapor container to achieve a smooth finish and liquid-tight seal - essential features for containing beer. This tray holds approximately 250 ml of liquid. To facilitate sharing or serving, the tray comes with a native Solidworks 2016 file included in the design package. Enjoy experimenting with this innovative design concept! Post-Printing: Achieving Liquid-Tightness After printing the tray, I treated it with Acetone Vapor to ensure its liquid-tight properties are intact. The top piece of the tray is also designed but remains separate for aesthetic purposes only. Designing This Concept I designed this beer tray in Solidworks within a mere 10 minutes, showcasing the software's efficiency and versatility.
