Kegel Pulley HTD5
grabcad
Introducing a pulley designed for Orangatan Kegel wheels and HTD5 belts, featuring 42 teeth. Other tooth counts are customizable upon request. To enhance lightness, this pulley employs an additional bearing rather than bolts. This reduces weight significantly compared to traditional bolted versions. The result is a pulley that exhibits less wobble as well. Kindly share your feedback! I noticed slight adjustments were required for the plugs' fit by drilling holes slightly larger. Printed in TPU95A, this pulley performed exceptionally. A note: modifying the truck may be necessary to accommodate the additional bearing, which takes approximately 15 minutes and a saw.
