<p>Small box with a hidden drawer below the top compartment.<br/> Note: This project has not been test printed to verify part fitment.<br/> May need parameters to be adjusted.<br/> This project is entered to the Prusa competition.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Extra parts needed.<br/> 2x small self tapping screws.<br/> Small strip of thin metal or brass plate. 19mmx35mm<br/> compression spring 10mmx15mm long.<br/> CA glue or equivalent.</p> <p>Steps.</p> <ol> <li>Print parts.</li> <li>Glue spring to part with indent in back wall.</li> <li>Glue upper box with notch at bottom facing the open side of bottom part with spring glued on.<br/> 4.Bend small metal plate to curve up and attach one side to the hidden drawer pocket with screws or glue. </li> <li>Push drawer into slot and adjust plate curve upwards and trim plate length until it locks in upper locking groove and drawer fits flush with outside of box. Make small adjustments and test fit.</li> <li>Glue the two long side trim pieces to box overlapping both ends with 3mm.</li> <li>Glue one short trim piece to the drawer and other trim piece to the other side of box.</li> <li>Cut a piece of felt for the bottom of the box to hide the small hole were it is unlocked by pressing down on the plate with a small sharp object through the small hole to unlock the hidden drawer.<ol> <li>Close box with lid.</li> </ol> </li> </ol>
