I made this keel for the Catamaran model of MalinaPlHere; https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5944386I know it makes the model different than the original boat but it will be underwater :)Although the keel is normally used for balance on sailing boats, its purpose here is to remain completely above the water.Keel fits perfectly to the bottom of the hull. If my calculations are correct,Mass of 2 keel in total : 104gramsI know it gets more weight and its the main problem butVolume of 2 keel in total : 0,777 litreWithout any infill or support it helps to get floating.I'm also preparing some reworked parts for less weight to help floating more. But I'm wondering what MalinaPI thinks about keel, is it enough to float or how much effects?I made a replica of the full hull and tested with and without keel and I can say that another step of the ladder on the stern has risen above the water.
