Keeb.io Sinc Split Tented Case
thingiverse
I wanted to make a Kinesis Freestyle 2, but better. Between the Keeb.io Sinc, the FR4 plate kit, and this 3D print, I've accomplished that. The pieces tent the keyboard at 15 degrees. The print just barely fits on my Ender 3 Pro (you've gotta play with it in Cura a bit to get it juuuuust right). Print it with the palmrests facing down. As pictured, it was printed in a wood-filled PLA, then stained with some gel stain, intentionally leaving heavy streaks to simulate woodgrain. The big chunks missing out of the left piece are bed adhesion artifacts, but I think they actually help sell the wood aesthetic.
