A 'sandstone', measuring 1.17 x 0.71 x 0.38 meters, with a small Latin cross pattee carved into its side. The stone's top appears to have been cut off, yet the lettering remains intact. Macalister interprets this inscription as: ANM MAGANN MAQI NUADAT. However, McManus disagrees, suggesting it is highly unlikely that the symbol between the N and D in the last name represents an unattested epigraphical forfid with a ua diphthong value. He also questions whether the consonant following the A was D or T, or if this was the final letter, as there appears to be at least one vowel mark on the top angle. McManus' reading is: ANM MAGANN MAQI N?Dad/t.
