KD-6 foam cutter 90 degree fence back plate

The vertical back fence is designed specifically for a budget-friendly foam cutter called the KD-6, allowing for easier execution of tall cuts. It features a cutout at the rear to accommodate the horizontal plate that comes with the machine. I printed this design using Simply3D on my Ender 3 Pro, opting to include supports throughout the print. Initially, Version 1 was found to be somewhat undersized and prone to tilting when in use; hence, it was scrapped. For Version 2, I made significant improvements by increasing its size and refining the groove's curvature. To prevent the cutter from shifting sideways, a central bump was incorporated into the groove. Overall, the shape has been smoothed out for better performance.
