The Kazan Family Centre LED Bluetooth Speaker is a show-stopping addition to the state-of-the-art wedding palace built on the banks of Kazanka River in 2013. Rising high above the city, the double-story observation deck on the roof offers a bird's-eye view of the bustling metropolis from 32 metres up. Panoramic vistas of the Kazanka River, Volga, The Kremlin, and both old and new parts of Kazan unfold like a treasure trove for photography enthusiasts and romantics alike. A lush green lawn stretches across the front of the centre, inviting visitors to sit on benches and take in the breathtaking views. In 2016, a striking sculptural composition "He and She" by Dasha Namdakova was unveiled here, featuring a pair of zilants, leopards, and their playful cubs guarding family values with fidelity and strength. As night falls, the building is bathed in warm red lights, symbolizing the burning flame of eternal love that unites couples. Since its completion, the viewing platform has become a hotspot for photographers seeking to capture stunning photos and film panoramic views of the city.
