Şemdinli Kayme Palace Kayme Palace Located in the north side of old settlements along the Nehri River, Kayme Palace was constructed between 1909 and 1911, according to inscriptions found on the palace. Although no names are mentioned in the inscriptions, it is believed that Seyit Ubeydullah's son, Seyit Muhammed Sıddık, built the palace. The two-story structure has a rectangular plan measuring 18.8 x 24 meters north-south direction. Only the northern and western walls of the palace remain intact today, while the eastern and southern walls are partially standing. The palace roof is completely destroyed.
