Insert this piece onto your kayak paddle, and you'll be able to create a fast connection for your leash using a carabiner. Instructions: Using MakerBot software, simply enlarge by 1000% when first added. The print can be done without any support or rafts. I printed mine with 3 shells and 50% infill, but I believe any level of infill would work well. To create the leash for my kayak, I modified an old phone charger using some thimble clips. Note that I had to sand down the interior leash connector so it could slide onto my paddle without damaging the rubber. The diameter of the paddle this attachment was designed for is 29 mm.
