This innovative design comprises silicon and vinyl components, offering durability and flexibility. The ball chairs and blowup furniture in today's market exhibit variable thickness for adaptability, designed to last for years. The seat consists of five major components linked with adhesives, ensuring stability. Its back portion and rest are designed with expandable segments that allow the seat to squeeze narrower or expand for various-sized openings. The optional backrest, shown in some views, can be expanded for full back support if not using a kayak boot. Without the backrest, the seat fits within the envelope, allowing the boot's use for watertight whitewater activities. The design features a lip that wedges under and around open portals, getting fixed against the bottom of the kayak by expanding the large balloon-shaped bottom segment. Adjustments are possible by expanding or contracting seat segments, catering to heavy users' needs. Plastic quick-couple air fittings (shown in a close-up) enable simple adjustments, with various air pump styles available. Accessible plastic air hose lines control the rear seat and backrest while seated. Manufacturing costs are lower than rigid designs, making it easily patchable and removable by deflating components. Quick fittings have valves for pressure reduction and inflation. While fitting and shape customization may require testing and tweaking, this design holds potential for success with further refinements.
