Kayak Deck Fitting

For my custom Skin on Frame Kayak project, I've decided to design and create my own deck fittings from scratch. I'm using a sturdy 4mm rope as the primary material for this purpose. The angle at the bottom of the handle plate is carefully crafted to be 159 degrees, providing optimal stability and balance. Printed with a dense 65% infill in PETG, this design can easily withstand the weight of my kayak, which is approximately 20 kilograms. To enhance durability, I highly recommend slicing it at an angle of 45 degrees, just like shown in the accompanying picture. I've utilized a reliable handle from Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3711576) to ensure a secure and seamless integration. Your participation in this project would be greatly appreciated and will undoubtedly bring me joy.
