Kayak Anchor Trolley

Kayak Anchor Trolley

thingiverse

This is an anchor trolley system I partially designed to be able to move the anchor from the bow to the stern and back. Print: two pulleys (linked to below) five guides (or however many you need for your size kayak) one hoop Attached to the kayak using stainless steel screws and plastics epoxy from Loctite. The hoop and guides are my design; the pulleys I borrowed from @post4mig: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:921337 Print Settings Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.4 mm Infill: 100% Notes: Settings are up to personal preference. Post-Printing Just minor cleanup with a hobby knife to ensure that any line (I used 4 mm paracord) runs through the guides and pulleys smoothly. Drill out any holes to match your tapered screws. Seal with silicone for best water resistance.
