This is a custom design based on the KAY3D mainboard case, which itself draws inspiration from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3765870. To prepare this case for use with the stock Creality Board, I simply filled in the SD and USB holes, leaving only the USB and SD slots open for compatibility with the SKR 1.3, 1.4, and 1.4 Turbo boards. I am utilizing a modified version of this design to accommodate the cover from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4460826.
