I recently lost my Kawasaki ZX9R fuel tap after failing to tighten the screw properly, and it was time to create a replacement. Several Kawasaki models may use this same fuel tap, making my design potentially useful across multiple bikes. To improve the overall design, I updated the orientation to better align with the "off" position. However, during the process of working on my tank, I encountered issues with leaks, which made things more complicated than expected. For those interested in adding the original letters to their fuel tap knob, I've uploaded the .skp file for easy reference and modification.
