Kawasaki ZH2 Frame Plugs / Caps
thingiverse
The Kawasaki ZH2 is considered a "naked" bike and for some reason they created plugs for a single location on either side of the bike leaving 4 open frame holes where bolts reside to mount the engine to the frame. To me this was unsightly and so I played around with Tingercad and did several revisions before finding a size and design that both complimented the design of the bike and friction fit so you do not need any type of adhesive to keep the plugs in place. The can easily be removed if you need to get to any of the bolts. I only tested this on my 2022 ZH2 so if there are any significant differences in the inner dimensions of the frame tubes then you may need to sand the outside of the caps to get them to fit, or even use a small amount of silicone to keep them from coming out on their own.
