Kawasaki KZ650SR Motorcycle Tank Cap

<p>This is a 3D Printable motorcycle tank cap for a Kawasaki KZ 650 SR tank. The original is expensive and very hard to come by, so I decided to 3d print one instead.</p><p>Hopefully this could be a template mechanism that can be remixed to suit other tanks.</p><p>I printed this in Nylon 12 Carbon Fibre filament (PA12 + CF15) which is suitable for this application due to its moisture and chemical resistance properties.&nbsp;</p><p>Extra bits needed:</p><ul><li>2 x 3mm x 20mm screws</li><li>3 x 3mm x 8mm screws</li><li>2 x 3mm x 10mm grub screws</li><li>1 x 5mm x 30mm spring</li><li>2 x 7mm x 12mm spring</li></ul><p>Print one of each file, and 2x pawls. The springs and screw lengths aren't strict and can probably be substituted for what-have-you. There is also a rubber gasket which could be made or purchased quite cheaply, the part number is 11009-1053.
