This is designed to be a plug for the base of a Fuel Sender / Sensor assembly of a Kawasaki KZ-Series Motorcycle. I would strongly suggest putting some epoxy into the center hole to further improve the sealing against leaks. - TPU can be waterproof, but you may find yourself wasting time and material to get the slicer settings just right. These fuel senders are notoriously finnicky, which caused me to get rid of mine. - I needed to plug the hole at the bottom of the tank and this is the design I came up with. A few factors will determine if you need to make adjustments to this model: - If your printer has good tolerances - Whether you need to anneal the TPU so to make it truly gas-tight - Certain brands of TPU might change size during the annealing process
