This adapter fits cheap H7 LED headlights on the KLR perfectly. Print it out using ABS/PETG or PC for optimal temperature tolerance. Here's how you do it: 1. First, print this adapter. 2. Remove the headlight cowling from your KLR by taking out the 2 Phillips and 4 M6 bolts. 3. Disconnect the headlight and turn signals. 4. Take off the light cover. 5. Lift up the light lock. 6. Remove the old light bulb. 7. Place the adapter with its widest part facing forward - there's only one way to do this. 8. Secure the adapter in place. 9. Remove the OEM adapter from your LED bulb. 10. Carefully put the LED into the adapter, making sure it's aligned correctly - the LED bulb has two marks, one of which is larger. 11. Once it's in, turn the LED bulb clockwise until it stops. You may need to cut the cover to fit the LED heat sink properly.
