Centering rings to center the 1" schedule 40 pvc pipe in the oem driveshaft tube when filling the cavity around the driveshaft. Since not all PVC pipes are identical and your printer may not print accurately, you may need to do a slight bit of sanding if this is to tight. Once you get rings fitted to your PVC tube where you want it glue rings in place with superglue. Length of FINISHED 1" pvc tube is about 8-1/4" total, DO NOT CUT TO LENGTH YET, start off with a piece at least 9" long. Set miter saw to 30 degrees. Pipe should be 90 degrees to fence. (Use a straight cut piece of wood like a 2x4 or 2x6 and place it against the fence so that the edge of the wood will act as a guide to hold the pipe at 90 degrees straight out toward you.) The reason for doing this is the saw can not cut past a 50 degree angle and you need a 60 degree cut on the tube which SHOULD BE DONE FIRST BEFORE CUTTING TO LENGTH, once you get the angle cut then cut the pipe to length. Keep trimming until your straight edge laid on hull barely touch top of cut pipe with tube all the way into the original tube. Be sure to sand area where the epoxy will be applied in cavity for a good bond!
