The rail on my Kawasaki has put in more than 10,000 kilometers with zero issues, all thanks to diligent daily use on various types of roads. It's been thoroughly tested and I'm satisfied that it works great. Made from FormFutura ABS PRO, the rail uses a large nozzle (0.6/0.8) and is polished using Acetone for smoothness. This rail is made up of 5 separate parts connected with stainless steel screws, while the part labeled "partifrontalefork" can be joined together using Acetone. When paired with a previously shared light accent setting, everything works perfectly. Greetings from Italy! I printed it using a WASP DELTA 2040 printer, and here are the print settings: No raft, supports on yes, resolution set to 0.4 mm, infill at 30%. If you want maximum stiffness and strength, use a 0.6 or 0.8 nozzle size – that's key. To complete the printing process, apply Acetone to ABS PRO for layer sealing and improved performance.
