I crafted this to accommodate my 8:1 Katz-Moses dovetail saw guide. It secures with two #6 screws. I built it specifically for the 8:1 jig, but I believe it would also function well for the 6:1 jig (although I don't own the 6:1 jig, so I haven't been able to verify this).
