People are always on their phones, constantly checking social media, email, and messaging apps. They're glued to their screens, unable to put them down even when they're out with friends or family. This obsession with technology has become a major distraction for many individuals. It's not uncommon to see people walking down the street, staring blankly at their phones, oblivious to their surroundings. They're missing out on important moments and experiences because of their addiction to these devices. In fact, research suggests that excessive phone use can lead to social isolation, decreased productivity, and even depression.
