Cesme Sultan II. Mahmud period belongs to. Kasapbası Hasan Efendi has been built. Kasapbası is responsible for the slaughterhouse of the palace and is under the jurisdiction of Enderun's Kilerbash. The square plan and flat roofed fountain front has been enclosed in a thick rectangular frame. A four-line inscription is found on the upper part of the mirror stone. A round arch motif within oval madalyon in between curled two acanthus leaves "Maşallahu teala kan 8 Ra sene 1231" can be read. Below, a second round arch motif with stylized acanthus leaves are visible. There is no water faucet and the vessel has been broken. The inscription on the mirror stone reads: "Sahib-ul hayr-i şerif neseb-i eşref-i hâcegan" "Hasan Efendi Kasabbasşı-i hüb-hisâl" "Yapdı bu çeşme-i dil-cûyi rızaen li-llah" "Haşre dek defterine yazıla ahsen-i a'mal" "Nice hayrata muvaffak ide lütfiyle anı" "Ecrini eyleye makbûl Hüdâyi müteâl" "Hayriyâ virdi safâ tesnelere târihin" "Haseneyn aşkına mâ çeşmeden iç âbı zülal"
