The artifact fragment represents Kartikey, the Hindu deity revered for his martial prowess, unearthed from an archaeological site in Moradhwaj, Uttarakhand. On May 11, 2018, a Structure Scanner attached to an iPad Mini 4 captured its three-dimensional likeness within the Museum of Himalayan Archaeology and Ethnography at HNB Garhwal University in Srinagar (Garhwal), Uttarakhand, India. HNB Garhwal University graciously provides this image. Research backing this project is supported by the Humanities Research Center at Virginia Commonwealth University.
