This is an adaptor for rear hand 5" go kart rims to Infento 19mm hexagon axles. It is definitely a proven design, please convince yourself by watching my video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DYn56lA4WLM It requires 3 M8 bolts with outer hex and M8 self locking nuts - per side. I printed these parts from PLA with an 0.8mm nozzle and 0.3 or 0.35mm layer height (not more or you might need support for the overhanging areas, and I can tell you, support printed with 0.8mm nozzle is no fun to remove). Before printing the whole part with the inner hex, I recommend to only print a small section of it to verify if the inner hex does fit. I added shallow chamfers on the bottom side to avoid elephant's feet that might spoil the fit).
