A DIY 3D printable kart steering laser aligner. The laser pointer used is a cheap Ebay 20 gauge size laser bore sighter, two required for a pair of aligners. The design could easily be altered for any other common sized bore sighter. The three small holes are threaded for M3 screws, which are used to zero the laser to the V-block. The unit is held to a stub axle by velcro. Design could be modified to use Neo magnets instead. The spirit levels are also cheap Ebay items of a common size. Both get glued in place, I used clear silicon RTV. To zero the two assembled aligners, a straight piece of round bar stock or pipe is used, about 1m to 1.5m is good. Place one at each end of the straight bar/pipe and adjust screws so both lasers fire into each others laser lens.
