Kardia Mobile G6 (6-lead ECG device) case

A friend of mine asked me to make him a case for his wife's Kardia Mobile 6-lead ECG device and this is what I came up with. There are other Kardia Mobile cases out there but I didn't find one for the G6 which is a bit larger than the 1-lead version so I designed this one in Fusion360. It isn't perfect but works well enough he was satisfied with it.It has a hinged lid and a magnetic latch. You probably will want to cut a couple of pieces of felt to line the top & bottom of the case for a bit of padding. I printed this on a Creality CR10 V2 printer at .2mm/layer resolution.  The material used was FilaCube brand PLA2 and any color you like will be just fine (as should just about and PLA filament brand that prints well on whatever printer you use). You don't need rafts, brims or supports. You will need a couple of 4 x 4 mm magnets or 5 x 4 mm magnets (might have to drill the holes out to fit - super glue the magnets into the latch holes so they sit as close to flush with the top of the hole as possible. The hinge screws are M3 x 16 hex head screws and tightened until they are just snug.  You might have to drill the center hole in the cover out just slightly so the screws fit just slightly loosely for good opening closing.Tolerances are tight so you might have to adjust the sizing in your slicer to fit properly (may take a bit of experimenting, but the final result will be worth it.-------------------------------This was designed with the experimenter/hobbyist version of Fusion 360 so you may not make these for sale commercially.  The Fusion 360 (.f3d) files are included so you can tweak/modify the design to suit yourself if you like.
