The Karamultuk, also known as karamyltyk, is a long-barreled wick gun originating from Asian regions such as Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan in the 19th to early 20th century. The name derives from Turkic languages where 'kara' means black (contrasting with ornamental weapons) and 'myltyk' refers to a rifle or firearm. In contemporary Russian, it has become slang for any vintage handheld firearms.
