<p>Remix of FreddyZ's awesome <a href="https://www.printables.com/cs/model/265990-kar98k-bolt-action-ballpoint-pen">Kar98k bolt action ballpoint pen</a></p><p>The original design is done very well and the parts fit together very well. &nbsp;Also an excellent idea!</p><p>The reason for this remix is mainly for strength. &nbsp;The parts are printed laying down except for the bolt. &nbsp;The bolt should not need sanding due to the print orientations. &nbsp;Also, the bolt pin is now built in since the barrel has been redesigned to not need to remove the pin.<br>I changed the barrel to be easier to remove when changing ink the cartridge. &nbsp;It now drops in and slides forward to install it instead of having a pressure fit. &nbsp;There is a built-in pin to keep it forward.<br>I changed the bolt handle to be bent like the real weapon. &nbsp;It's now 2 pieces and has a square pin where it goes into the bolt so it won't rotate. &nbsp;I glued mine together but you might get by with a pressure fit.<br>I added a butt plate which will need to be glued on. &nbsp;I also added a stand.</p><p>Everything is set in the correct print orientation so just print them as is.</p><p>It will take some post processing to clean everything up, but it will be a much stronger model.</p><p>I redesigned everything except the front sight but I included it for completeness.</p><p>I printed everything at 0.10 resolution except the stand, I printed at 0.20.<br>The stock and front piece need supports everywhere.<br>The barrel, front deco, bolt, and bolt handle need supports on build plate only.<br>The rest don't need supports.</p><p>I named the parts by the color I printed them in, but of course you can print them any color you want.</p>
