my version of a rotary attachment This is a rough guide of what I used, and I sourced all the screws from my local Ace Hardware. Feel free to make changes and such. I did notice that the bearings fit a bit loose, but I put 1 layer of tape on the outside and they fit tight. Extra screw and washers may be needed. Cut parts: - 1 1/4" motor mounting plate - 2 1/4" side plates - 3 1/4" bearing caps - 3 1/4" bearing fastener - 3 1/8 spacer - 1 bearing idler adjuster Rotary Bom: - Screws to mount bearing caps and motor (Hardware Store) - 1 or more feet latex tubing for grip on rollers, use rubbing alcohol to apply (Hardware Store) - 5 skateboard bearings (VXB 608 ZZ Skateboard Bearings) (Amazon) - 2 rods 8mm x 300mm (Amazon) - 1 coupler 8mm to nema shaft 5mm (Amazon) - 1 NEMA 17 motor (Lightobject.com) - 4 brackets for 25mm (Lightobject.com) - 25mm extrusion (1x 1ft) (4 x 5 1/4) (Lightobject.com) - 9 extra T-nuts (Lightobject.com) - 1/4 and 1/8 acrylic to build the fixture.
