At times, I have to change my Kapton tape, so I create a custom tool for the task using a professional software. This particular one is stiffer than standard squeegees, making the job easier. While still improving newer versions, I am quite satisfied with its current design. Interestingly, this was designed in SketchUp! To ensure a comfortable grip, scale it up to fit your hand and print at 100% infill and acceleration.
