Kanto YU2 - 7.5 Degree Angle stand including port extension.
thingiverse
This past Christmas I received some amazing Kanto YU2 powered speakers as a gift. Although the sound quality and volume exceeded my expectations, I was unable to take full advantage of the suggested placement of the speakers due to their proximity to the back wall. So, I decided to create this stand that allows me to point that port forward while keeping it away from the wall (http://i.imgur.com/aEXPduS.png). I designed these stands using no supports and dividing them into two separate pieces for ease of assembly. After printing both parts, attach them together with #6 self tapping plastic screws. For optimal performance, make sure to remove isolation pads from your YU2 speakers and attach them to the bottom of the newly printed stands. Here's a list of materials you'll need: Two base lower prints (base.lower.stl) Two base upper prints (base.upper.stl) Four purchased #6 self tapping screws
