Based on concept art of a mystery air toa standing next to what looks like Lewa Nuva as a turaga. The mask looks to be based on the mask of shadows, but with parts removed to look more like a pakari, which is funny because the kraahkan originally was partly made of a pakari. Stud connector. Fits mata and metru heads.
