kangertech evod e-cig pocket clip

I purchased a pocket clip for my KangerTech Evod e-cigarette, which falls out of my shirt pocket when I lean forward, but this issue is now solved. The cat was a nice backdrop - I am not advocating that cats should take up smoking :). Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: prusa i3 clone (A8-B anet.com board, gearbest cheapie) Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 100% Notes: Printed it vertical. I printed mine in PLA at 0.2mm layers with 100% fill, which produced a very snug fit part with a stiff clip. Guessing less fill would give more flexibility is correct. How I Designed This This thing is based on the clip highlighted as the source and was adjusted significantly with Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/hBNFK24TqG4 The Kangertech Evod has a 15mm diameter; First, I increased the size of the clip to accommodate the larger diameter so that the internal hole is approximately 13mm. Then I created a cylinder as a hole @15mm dia and applied this to leave a small amount of material at the top to stop the clip from sliding down the evod. The remaining material at the top was then adjusted by applying a 'hole' cone to create a small champher. I increased the length of the material holding the body to reach the slots in the chamber of the evod and added two knobbles on the inside that clip into the slots. I also reduced the clip length. The clip could be 5mm shorter for easier filling, and the champher a little larger to positively engage with the top of the evod better, but it works very well. This was my first Tinkercad modification, and the source was an STL file, so the resulting design is very much a 'cut and shut' job (have fun if you un-group in tinkercad!!!). Not all the positioning is absolutely perfect. One interesting observation was that when I loaded the output STL the first time and observed the layers, I found that the body and the clip had a gap between them! So there is a late added rectangle of material overlapping the two parts to ensure that they are one part - you can see the evidence of this in the final print at the join because I left about 0.5mm of the gap present in the final part.
