Replacement vaping tips for Kanger Subox / Subox Mini / KBox are readily available. UPDATE 03/13/18 - Replacement vaping tips have been updated with extended tips featuring breakaway supports to facilitate printing the 'land' for the rubber o-ring. Tolerances have also been tweaked for a better fit, however, printing in materials other than PLA may require compensation for shrinkage. Two distinct styles of replacement vaping tips are available: one is nearly identical to those provided in the original box, while the other features an extended version with a more comfortably shaped mouthpiece. Use the original O-ring for sealing purposes. Print the mouth end flat on the bed along the Z-axis. Two shell settings with 100% infill or similar options yield optimal results. To achieve the best outcomes, print slowly and produce multiple replacement vaping tips at once to avoid overheating when printing overhangs. Replacement vaping tips can be printed in full scale using ABS or PETG materials. However, if printing in PLA, scale down to 97% in both X and Y axes to account for the lack of shrinkage in this material.
