I create badges at a children's hospital and designed a friendly badge holder for kids; it features a 3mm gap, accommodating the typical thickness of most cards, which are usually about 1mm thick. If you only need to hold one card, this design may not be sufficient, but I still wanted to share it in case someone finds it useful. The ideal way to print this badge holder is on its front side with supports.
