Here are the accessories I designed for my Harbour/Seaport Princess cosplay from Kancolle: a customized claw and knuckle set attached to articulated PVC pieces secured by zip ties and fishing string. To create the horn, insert the tip into clear PVC tubing and wrap black EVA foam around it. You can also tint the clear PVC tubing with window tint or red acetate for added realism.
