Model a Kaleidoscope. Fill the cassette (box) with confetti, colored plastic grain, non-mixed (thick) colored fluid, glass or glittering particles - anything you prefer. Create different cassettes using various materials. When working with fluids, use gaskets or glue instead of screws for secure assembly. Cassettes are designed to be easily inserted and removed. Install triple- or five-fold mirrors into the tube. Measurements for the mirrors are as follows: 298x46.3mm for triangular mirrors and 298x30mm for pentagonal mirrors, with a thickness of 2mm. Secure the mirrors together using tape. Construct using polycord measuring ø3mm in diameter and 135-140 mm in length. This project can be built with or without a light box. LEDs such as SuperFlex LED Flat 120º 3.1V white are suitable options, while batteries like CR2932 (3V) provide the necessary power. A great DIY project for enthusiasts of all skill levels.
