Kakashi chibi
thingiverse
Here's my bust of Kakashi in chibi form, a smaller-sized version that I created by referencing a model found online. Specifically, I looked at the Naruto 3D models available on a blog hosted at naruto3dmodels.blogspot.com. First, I took the raw data from the net and imported it into a tool called 3ds Max, where I applied TurboSmooth iteration (2) to refine its shape. Next, I repaired some cracks with MeshMixer, another powerful 3D modeling tool. Finally, I refined my creation with netFab, which smoothed out all the edges for a more uniform appearance before I cut it up using the same tool. Overall, my end result is quite unique - I made sure to smooth every detail until you could barely see them by refining everything with each tool until they merged together perfectly in harmony!
